Do I need to be fit or experienced to start?

Not at all. Every session is tailored to your level, whether you’re a beginner or returning to training.

Can I change my session time?

Yes! Book and reschedule instantly through our online system, easy, flexible, and hassle-free.

How long until I see results?

Everyone’s different, but with consistent effort, most clients notice improvements in strength, confidence, and energy within the first few weeks.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope, Start whenever you’re ready, no strings attached. Your progress is in your hands and we’ll make every session count.

Do I need to be in New Zealand?

For 1:1 Personal Training, yes. You’ll need to be Christchurch-based since that’s where the JEDX10 private gym is. If you’re outside Christchurch (or NZ), you can still train with Jedi through

JEDX10 Online Personal Training.
