We meet live over Google Meet. You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment. Jedi guides you through a session tailored to your goals, fitness level, and space.

What if I’m unfit or a complete beginner?

Perfect. JEDX10 is built for people who feel stuck, lost, or intimidated by fitness. No judgment, just progress.

What equipment do I need?

None to start. If you’ve got dumbbells, that’s a bonus. We’ll use what you’ve got.

Can I change my session time each week?

Absolutely. You can reschedule anytime through our booking system, easy, instant, and hassle-free.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope, Start whenever you’re ready, no strings attached. Your progress is in your hands and we’ll make every session count.

Do I need to be in New Zealand?

Nope. JEDX10 clients train from all over the world.
