How do I lose weight fast?

You lose belly fat by burning overall body fat—through consistent movement, smart eating, and strength training. The magic potion? That'll give you a leaky bum. But what Jedx10 does have is a damn good plan that works.

How many calories should I eat to lose weight?

Now that's a complex question! We are all different! To put it simply and avoid complication. If you are gaining weight that you don't want, you're eating to many calories. So step 1 is eat less of what you already eating. Step 2 is move more. Start by building consistent habits and don’t starve yourself. Our plans show you how.

What’s the best time to work out?

The time you’ll actually do it and just remember the workout you don't do, wont help you. Weather its's morning, midday, midnight—it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you show up. JEDX10 is designed to fit your schedule, not the other way around.

How do I build muscle?

Lift something heavy.
Eat enough protein. Sleep. Repeat. And no, you don’t need 90-minute gym marathons—10 minutes of smart, focused training goes a long way.

What should I eat before and after a workout?

Before: A little fuel (think banana, toast, or nothing if you prefer training on an empty stomach). After: Protein + carbs.
Example? Eggs and toast. Smoothie. Or just a good variety of something you enjoy. Don’t overcomplicate it.

How do I get abs?

You already have them. They’re just hiding under your lifestyle. Eat well, train consistently, sleep properly. And stop chasing six-packs—start chasing strength, the abs will follow.

How do I stay motivated to work out?

Stop waiting for motivation. It’s unreliable.

What is HIIT and does it work?

HIIT = High-Intensity Interval Training.

How often should I work out?

Ultimately every damn day. Exercise is medicine and it makes you feel good. I take my medicine everyday because I want to feel good everyday, don't you? Start with a couple times a week. Even just 10 minutes counts. Then build on it.  Doing something consistently beats doing everything occasionally. With JEDX10, it’s about stacking wins, not chasing perfection.

How long should a workout be?

Long enough to challenge you.
Short enough to not wreck your day.
For most people? 5–20 minutes is plenty, if you’re training smart (hint: we train smart).

Why am I not losing weight even though I exercise?

What are the best exercises for beginners?

The ones you’ll actually do.
Think: squats, push-ups, rows. Simple, scalable, effective. Our beginner workouts break it all down for you—no burpees (ever), promise.

Is cardio or weights better for fat loss?

Think of it like this, MUSCLE is your engine, the more it's used, the more fuel required - even at rest. HUFFY PUFFY (cardio) is like fine tuning your engine - get fit so it burns fat faster. And remember not to overfill your petrol tank.
