I wasn’t born shredded or confident. I started out like most people...stuck, unmotivated, and wondering if fitness was ever going to be my thing.
Then I made one call that changed everything: I backed myself.

Fast forward to now, I’ve coached pro athletes, CEOs, retirees, and everyday legends who just want to feel good, look strong, and get their confidence back.
I’ve run gyms, trained people on cruise ships, and now coach clients around the world through JEDX10, because real results should be accessible to everyone.

And I get it. Life’s busy.
In 2022, I dropped 12kg in 11 weeks, no crash diets, no marathon workouts. Just a structured, no-fluff system that worked with my life instead of against it. That system became JEDX10.
