With 9 years of experience in the fitness industry, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance work, life, and health. That’s why I created JEDX10—to provide a simple, effective, and sustainable approach to fitness that works for real people with real lives.
As a certified Personal Trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their fitness in just 10 minutes a day. My approach is built on science, efficiency, and no-nonsense coaching to help you achieve real results—without wasting time on fitness fads.
