1. CONSULT YOUR GP: Call your doctor today. Tell them you intend to start a fitness program.

2. GET THE "ALL CLEAR": Ask them specifically if your heart, lungs, and joints are ready for the load.

3. RE-IGNITE THE MISSION: Once you have professional medical clearance, email me directly at getfit@jedx10.co.nz. I will personally verify your clearance and unlock your protocol immediately.
