This is a binding contract between Redzone Fitness Limited (trading as JEDX10) and you (the "Client").

By purchasing any JEDX10 protocol—including but not limited to the 7-Day STFU, 42-Day Baseline, or 9-Minute Strength Blueprint—clicking "I Accept," or accessing our digital Amory, you agree to be bound by these terms. This isn't just fine print; it is the "Standard Operating Procedure" for our partnership.

1. THE JEDX10 SCOPE: NO BULLSHIT

JEDX10 provides high-performance fitness protocols, nutritional strategies, and mindset engineering.

Not Medical Advice: Jedi and the JEDX10 team are high-performance coaches, not doctors, dietitians, or physiotherapists. The information provided is for educational purposes only. It is a "Manual for the Human Machine," not a medical prescription.

Consult Your GP: You are strongly advised to seek medical clearance before starting any JEDX10 protocol, especially if you have a history of heart conditions, joint injuries, or are taking medication for blood pressure.

2. MEDICAL WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Physical training involves the production of force and cardiovascular stress. By proceeding, you acknowledge:

Voluntary Risk: You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You recognize that exercise carries a risk of injury, dehydration, or, in extreme cases, permanent impairment or death.

Indemnity: You hereby release and indemnify JEDX10, its directors, and associates from all claims, demands, or legal proceedings arising from any injury or loss sustained while using our protocols.

3. THE INTEGRITY GUARANTEE (REFUND POLICY)

In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, we stand by the quality of our digital architecture. However, JEDX10 is an action-based brand.

The 42-Day Baseline: This specific product is covered by our Action-Based Promise. To be eligible for a refund, you must prove you executed the system by submitting all Weekly Status Seals and maintaining your private Evidence Log. If you did the work and the system failed, we pay. If you didn't do the work, no refund will be issued.

Short-Term Protocols (STFU / Blueprint): Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, these "Quick-Start" products are non-refundable once accessed, as the value is delivered immediately upon download.

4. THE IP FIREWALL (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY)

You are buying a license to use the JEDX10 system for your personal evolution only.

Copyright: All videos, PDFs, "Truth-Session" emails, and proprietary analogies (Fire, Bricks, Redline) are the exclusive property of JEDX10.

Non-Distribution: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login, duplicating the content, or distributing our PDFs to third parties. We track IP access. Any breach of this clause results in immediate termination of your access without a refund and legal action to protect the JEDX10 Amory.

5. NEW ZEALAND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through honest conversation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
