The "No-S#!t" Summary: We only collect the data required to deliver your training and protect your safety. We don't sell your info, we don't spam you, and we believe in your Sovereignty—you own your results, and you own your data.

1. THE INTEL (DATA WE COLLECT)

To facilitate your training, we collect:

Identity Data: Your name and email address.

Safety Data: Your responses to the System Readiness Audit (PAR-Q) to ensure the machine is safe to operate.

Communication Data: Any information you choose to share with Jedi via email or support channels.

2. THE SOVEREIGNTY CLAUSE (DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT)

To maintain your privacy, JEDX10 does not collect, store, or have access to your sensitive biological metrics or images.

Biological Data: While we provide the math for you to track your Resting Heart Rate (RHR), weight, and physical measurements, this data stays with you. We do not ask you to upload this to our servers.

Visual Evidence: Your Evidence Locker is your personal property. Whether you keep your progress photos in a private folder on your phone or a physical notebook, JEDX10 does not store these images. We provide the protocol; you provide the vault.

3. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS

We don't sell your data to "Pullers" or "Campers." It only leaves our system for essential logistics:

Payments: Securely handled by Stripe. We never see your full credit card details.

Delivery: Managed by Systeme.io to ensure your Truth Sessions reach your inbox.

4. SOVEREIGN RIGHTS (NZ PRIVACY ACT 2020)

You are the commander of your data. Under New Zealand law, you have the right to:

Access & Correct: Request a copy of the data we hold on you or fix errors.

The Kill Switch: Request that we delete your record from our system at any time. (Note: Deleting your data during the 42-day protocol will terminate your access and void your Integrity Guarantee).

5. STORAGE & SECURITY

Any data we do hold (Name, Email, PAR-Q) is stored using encrypted, industry-standard platforms. We protect the JEDX10 Amory with the same intensity we bring to our training.
